Timeout setting

    I am new to Quick Base. One of my users is reporting that the app times him out and he has to log in again throughout the day. Not good. Is there a setting to adjust the timeout for a user?

    The higher plan levels allow you to set this, but I believe that the timeout is supposed to default to 720 minutes.  I did not see a setting for that on the Premier plan.  You may a support ticket.

    Thanks. I'll keep an eye on it. There's nowhere in any any documentation that discusses this.

    This is the API which references the default of 12 hours. 

    Just in case you wanted to see it.

    I'm on the Essentials trial which I don't believe provides access to an API>

    If you have access to the Realm Settings (overall account management), you can set the automatic timeout time frames there.

    Go to the "My Apps" page, and if you see "Manage (Your Organizations Name).  From there, it should be under the "policies" tab.
